Q: Why isn't my tracking number working?
A: Tracking numbers are updated as soon as we receive them. Tracking numbers usually update within the next business day, however please allow up to 5-10 days of shipment. This is completely out of our control.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Currently, Shiitake Products is operating in the US only.
Q: I ordered multiple items and they came in different packages and at different times?
A: Our products are manufactured in different areas depending on the product. Some items may be received from different locations depending on what the product is. All products are made to order with love.
Q: How long does it take for my order to arrive?
A: Shipping times vary depending on multiple factors. The best way to track your shipping is through the tracking number. Details of shipping and tracking information will arrive via email after checkout. Once your item is shipped, you will be updated with a tracking number with one of our delivery partners. If you have any problems with getting your shipping information, please contact us here.
Q: IS your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely. We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store any of your credit card information and it will only be used for the purchasing of your product. Then that information will be purged.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: We can usually offer a full refund on your order if there is any kind of issue. Simply visit our refunds page for complete details.
Q: Where are your products coming from?
A: Unlike many of our competitors, Shiitake Products are proud to say that most of our products are made and shipped from the United States.
There are few exceptions, mainly in the items that have complete printed coverage. These items are specially ordered from a manufacturer oversees, so delivery may take slightly longer.
